Titanium & Stainless Steel Marine Oil Coolers

Alfa Marine Oil Coolers are completed welded heat exchangers. Alfa Marine Oil Coolers are fabricated with the distinctive spiral corrugated tube design. Its compact structure is an integration of detailed engineering for effective use with high fluid velocities and low pressure drops. Most marine products are made of cupronickel, stainless steel 316L or titanium which are highly corrosion resistant and therefore suitable for use with sea water. Some of the smaller units are fitted with neoprene end covers which can fit directly into the sea water pipe work.
We manufactures a range of heat exchangers which can be used to marinise a variety of engines up to 1400 kW (1900HP). There are also a large number of engine specific heat exchangers for a variety of Cummins, Ford, Perkins, British Leyland Rover, General Motors, Peugeot, Mercedes, VW, Mitsubishi, New Holland and Genesis engines.
We also manufactures engine oil coolers suitable for all types of engines up to 1200kW (1600HP) and gearbox oil coolers suitable for all types of engines up to 1500 (2000HP). For larger engines please contact the sales department. We manufacture a range of hydraulic oil coolers suitable for use with deck machinery, bow thrusters, power steering etc.
